Each year the Toowoomba Junior Rugby League form a team to trial against the Ipswich Diggers. Due to time constraints, draw difficulties and changes to representative programs, the TJRL will form an under-16 side to play the Ipswich Diggers in a stand-alone game on Friday, 9 February 2018. The match will be kick-off at 6:30pm at Cahill Park Sports Complex in Gatton.
The TJRL values its relationship with the Ipswich Diggers, and in the best interests in continuing the connection between our two leagues, the trial is a ‘must do’.
TJRL’s Representative Chair Troy Huggins would like to emphasise that the team invited below is not a TJRL representative team. Pursuant to the TJRL by-laws, open trials will be held for the Under 13, 14 & 16 Toowoomba Junior Clydesdales at a date to be confirmed.
